Have you included the "In Tribute" section on your donation page? GiftTool has recently modified the look of this section so that the boxes to collect the notification mailing information automatically appear when clicking the "In Memory", "In Honour" or other In Tribute options. The advantage of automatically displaying these additional boxes only if the donor selects this section, is to keep your donation page nice and tight, only showing the required boxes at the appropriate time.
