For your GiftTool account, you will have been sent a username and temporary password when your account was first setup. When logging in with a temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password once you have logged in for the first time.

Your username and password are like the master keys to access your GiftTool account. These pieces of information should be kept secure, distributed only as needed, and updated on a regular basis.
