How do I restore an archived department?

Restoring archived product departments allows you to re-use work you've done in setting up a department. Restoring a department uses the existing product descriptions and images.

Restoring a department immediately moves the department to your eStore. Make any product changes to product profiles before restoring the department.

  1. From the Setup section of the Shopping Cart menu, click Products & Departments.
  2. Click Activate from the Action column beside the archived department. Note:
    • Archived departments and sub departments will be shown in light grey.
    • Active departments will be shown in black bold text.
  3. This restores the department to your eStore.
