The user name and password for your master account can be easily retrieved by following these steps:

1. Click the Client Login button located in the top right corner of the GiftTool home page (https://www.gifttool.com/).
2. In the Forget your user name or password? section, click the link to retrieve your user name and password.
3. Enter the email address associated with the key contact person for your Master Account, as well as, your client account ID which is located on your invoices, in your Welcome email, as well as, as the "ID=" in your public GiftTool links.
4. Click Submit. As a security measure, your user name and password will be sent to this email address as two separate emails.

For the Event Registrar service: If you have forgotten the Event Coordinator username/password, please ask your colleague with access to the master account to provide you with these.
