As part of our review process for the recent outage, we have been making important upgrades to our system to safeguard against a similar situation from reoccurring. Some of these upgrades have already taken place in the past week, and other upgrades are to follow.

Separately, we have also been working on a new website design and login page. This design work was completed prior to the outage.

As part of the behind-the-scenes system upgrades, the new website and login page will be launched at the same time.
